Cancellation Policy

When the product page states the cancellation rule, that rule applies to the purchase: a full refund if you tell Time2Trip at least 48 hours before the service. If the page does not state a rule, it is confirmed in writing before you pay.

A request without payment does not hold the date. A chosen date is not guaranteed until a confirmed payment, when the product is paid here, or until written confirmation. If you paid by card, the payment state is the one Stripe records.

Weather and operator changes are handled in that same confirmation.
